Visitors who wish to make an appointment may do so by calling 403-381-6806 or chat with us at www.aswlethbridge.ca.
In order to protect the health and safety of staff and customers we ask that you do not visit our office if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose or shortness of breath, or if you have been in close contact of a person who has tested positive for COVID-19.
We ask that only 1 member of each family come inside the lobby at a time and maintain social distancing from others around you.

MARCH 23rd / 2020
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we have made some changes to our operations that may affect you. In order to reduce the risk of exposure to both our customers and staff we will be temporarily closing our office to the general public starting Tuesday, March 24, 2020.
Our staff will be working in the office and from home during this period and we will be fully accessible by phone and e-mail. We may also be reached through our general e-mail box staff@aswlethbridge.ca, our Facebook page, and through the chat on our website www.aswlethbridge.ca.
If you need to send us documents for your business or personal taxes you have the following options: E-mail, Fax, Mail, or Drop Off (see drop off procedures below).
Drop Off Procedures:
The front lobby area will be open for drop offs during regular office hours. There will be a table just inside the door to place your documents. Please ensure your name, address, and phone number are on your package (pens and note pads will be provided). Once you leave, please press the doorbell located on the table so we can retrieve your documents. This area will be sanitized between visitors. After hours, documents may be dropped off through the small slot in the door.
CRA UPDATES:
The tax deadline for personal taxes has been extended to June 1, 2020. As of now, the filing deadlines for business have NOT been officially extended, however, it is expected this was an oversight and that we will hear more on it this week.
The payment deadline for personal and business taxes has been extended to September 1, 2020.
